Howdy, again....Jimi here....
For our 5th anniversary (wood being the traditional gift), we decided to treat ourselves to some really high-quality, fancy wood-handled steak knives.
This style and particular quality of knife is made only in Laguiole, France. Begun in 1829, the quality of this type of knife was such to inspire Napoleon Bonaparte to award the knifemakers of the region the imperial bee sigil. We thought these made by Claude Dozorme were pretty swank, so here we present our super-cool, extremely handy steak knives that we get plenty of use from considering the sheer volume of cowflesh that I consume (and pressure Mic to consume).
