Vacation Projects

I've been on vacation this week, and lucky me, the weather has been fab-u-lous! The first couple of days, I slept until noon, read a bunch of trashy romance novels and drank a lot of cheap wine. The past few days though I've been spending the day outside working on random house projects.

Re-darned the curtains chewed up by the squirrels... for the 50 millionth time. I'm really tempted to get a BB gun. Darn those pesky rodents!

Put up the tomato cages and supporting string.

Redid the patio sand mortar, since a lot of it had washed away with the rain.

Bought about 60 sq ft of sod and finally covered the bare area under the pergola.
